Gulia, the placement coordinator for 24 weeks course at MDI, Gurgaon. “In defence, one gets superannuated at the age of 53-54. The corporate world is alive and kicking till the age of 65.” Brigadier Gulia stressed, the officers in armed forces are already adequately trained in the corporate arena like logistics, supply chain, inventory and HR management, and therefore the transition after a full time course at MDI becomes uncomplicated.
