Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is an autonomous agency in India, which started its operation in 1975 as Personnel Selection Services (PSS). IBPS is envisioned as self-governed academic and research oriented Institute, with a mission of enhancing human-resource development through personnel assessment.

Essential Qualification (as on 13-08-2016): Interested candidate should possess a Graduation Degree in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government.
Maximum age limit (as on 01-07-2016) : Candidate should not be more than 30 years old.
Age relaxation in upper age limit has been allowed for candidates from SC/ST/OBC categories.
