Hi, I am Gunit Gandhi.
As an HR intern at Godrej, I got to work on three different projects.
While the first project involved a survey where I got to work with salesmen across the country, the second project enabled me to interact with branch managers throughout India.
In the third project I was involved in sourcing employees and helping them to learn the entire lifecycle of the recruitment process including sending offer letters and generating salary.
It’s been all-round exposure for me!
