Now most of the interviews are over time to put my experience:

BM:XAT 99.045,GK 99.093

GD was fine, put 4-5 points and summarized the implication challenges

PI:Was last in the panel

P1(Head):As soon as I entered the room I was asked about my 10,12 and grad percentages.

Me: 10-91.67, 12-85.60, Grad-85.90

P1: So u were ranked somewhere in the college

Me: Yes sir, I was 2nd ranker of my branch.

P1: Nice.

P2: So u talked about unionization in ur gd. What r its positive implications.

Me: It allows a single worker to connect properly with the top management. It allows the top management to convey its policies properly to the workers it acts as a bridge between management and workers.

P2: So why there are fights over unionization

Me: Gave examples of Maruti and Honda plants wherein companies tried to crush workers etc..

P2: What r the ethical and unethical things that can arise in unionization.

Me: Workers might try to get their unreasonable demands passed, top leaders of the union might want to pursue their own interests behind the secret veil of union, companies might combine with union leaders and crush the reasonable demands of a single laborer etc..

P2: Gave a graph and asked to find rate of change

Me: Differentiate or use slope.

P1: Gave one sets question

Me: IDK

P1: How many subsets can be formed from a set of n elements

Me: 2^n

P1: OK.

P1: Do u play sports.

Me: I follow tennis and cricket a lot and sometimes play cricket but do not play tennis.

P1: OK

P1: U speak too fastly. Words come out of ur mouth at an amazing speed.

P3 (Who until now was looking thru my certificates:):Do u do this voluntarily or happens on its own. What r its positive and negative effects.

Me: It happens on its own. My mother has told me about this, I had tried to correct this but till now no result. Its positive effect is that it keeps the listener constantly attentive to my words otherwise he might miss the point which I m telling. Its negative effect is that it might irritate the listener.

P1: Tell us about ur job.

Me: Told everything from scratch.

P1: Good.

P3: Have u heard of Pagalguy and how?

Me: Yes mam, used it last year to gain strategies about attempting cat and xat mock papers.

P3: So tell me who r the stakeholders affected from the interview experiences that people post on pagalguy.

Me: 1)It might be useful to future aspirants who might know the level of questions.

2)It might affect the aspirants who had already given the interviews badly as the future aspirants who still have their interviews left might know the few questions being asked.

3)It might make future aspirants anxious about few questions. I am in this category so I generally don’t read others interview experiences.

P3: Ok nice. Any other stakeholders other than aspirants.

Me(Thinking and suddenly this came to my mind): Coaching institutes. If they know questions being asked in a particular interview they might prepare their future students with those questions and answers that r being asked in a particular institute’s interview.

P3: Ok thank u.

Me: Thank u. While I was leaving,

P1: After we told u about ur habit of speaking too fast, u slowed down.

Before I could answer, P3 answered

P3: He was consciously trying to control his speed and trying to contain this habit. All of us had a laugh..

Don’t know how was the interview. All the candidates before me were asked questions on questionnaire,gk etc while I had only the above questions. The interview was short compared to previous aspirants.

Keeping the fingers crossed. Cannot be predicted how was the interview. Any comments on how was the interview..

P.S-Since I speak fast it was a rapid fire round going on. They posing questions and me immediately giving answers. No fumbling,nothing..
