    • First class Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from a recognized University

    Desirable:

      • Experience in field studies, water sampling and chemical analysis.
      • Good knowledge on the operation of analytical instruments

    Laboratory Assistant

    Essential:

    • First class Bachelor’s Degree in Botany/Zoology/Microbiology from a recognized University

    Desirable:

    • Experience in field studies, water sampling and in the identification of planktons /benthos/microbes

    03

    Field Assistant

    1 No

    Essential:

    • SSLC or Matriculation with First Class from a recognized Board

    Desirable:

    • 5 years working experience in the collection of water, sediment and biological samples.

    Job description:

    • Cleaning of glass/lab ware in the laboratory and field.
    • Assisting the project staffs in routine works and housekeeping of the lab

    Plumber

    Essential:

    • ITI in Plumbing ( One year Full time course preferably with First Class)

    Desirable:

    • 2 years of work experience in periodical maintenance and emergency repair works preferably in Govt. sector

    Job description:

    • Pump House Operation maintaining 24 hours hindrance- free water supply system inside the campus.
    • Checking of toilets, flushing system and leakages of water through taps and its rectification.
    • Checking of drainage blocks and clearing
    • Supervising the house keeping works.
    • Other duties assigned from time to time.

    The decision of the Director, NCESS in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of applications shall be final and no enquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this connection from any individual.
