The IBSAT by ICFAI is a very important exam for the students who want to pursue management. The colleges that accept the IBSAT marks are the IBS colleges. There are in total nine colleges that accept the IBSAT marks. These colleges will be mentioned in the later pat of the article. Every candidate who appeared for the exam is waiting for the exam results to be released. The candidates will have a basic or rough idea about their performance in the examination. The candidates will have to wait till January of 2019 to know their exact marks and performance in the examination.

The results of the candidates for the IBSAT exam will be disclosed in the first week of January in 2019. The cut off for the colleges chosen by the candidate will then be disclosed somewhere in the month of January 2019. The shortlisted candidates or the candidates who were able to clear the cut off declared by the colleges will then are called for the group discussion and personal interview rounds. The candidates require passing this round as well to be finally selected for the admission in the colleges that take part in the IBSAT examination. The aspirants are advised to be ready for any type of question that can be asked either in the exam or in the interviews.

The final result after the group discussion and personal interview will be disclosed in the month of March. The group discussion and personal interview rounds will be performed in the months of January and February. The candidates who are able to impress the authorities in the group discussion and personal interview rounds will then be selected and given admission in one of the nine colleges that constitute the IBSAT examination. All the colleges that accept the IBSAT marks are very well reputed and many people work very hard to be a part of any of these colleges. There are no sectional cut offs in the IBSAT exam. This helps the test takers a lot as they can gain marks in the stronger areas and still do not need to care a lot about losing marks in the weaker sections. The candidates are tested on four sections and the aspirants can get an overall high score to be a part of the above-mentioned reputed colleges. The candidates will have to work very hard. The IBSAT exam will be held on 22nd and 23rd of December 2018 and the results will be released in the month of January.
