The Central Board for Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the JEE Main All India Rank list on June 23, 2016. CBSE declared ranks for all the candidates who took JEE Main on April 3, 9 or 11, 2016.

Candidates can check their AIR by entering their JEE Main 2016 Roll Number and Date of Birth. To check the JEE Main 2016 All India Merit Rank, candidates shall enter following details:

·         JEE Main 2016 Roll Number

·         Date of Birth

The All India Ranks (AIR) of the candidates are based on their JEE Main score (60 per cent weightage) and Class 12 scores (40 per cent weightage).

Also from 2017, class 12 marks will not be a factor for determining rankings in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) for admissions to engineering undergraduate courses.

Registration for JoSAA seat allocation starts from June 24, 2016.
