Essential Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Post Graduate Degree in Personal Management/ Industrial Relations/ H.R.D./ Social work from a recognized university with at least two years of work experience (of which one year must be in the Supervisory level).
Age limit: Candidates should not be more than 30 years old as on 30.06.2015. The upper age limit is relaxable for candidates from reserved categories.
Remuneration: Rs. 12,600 to 32,500/- per month
