Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

  • VP/AVP-Digital:

The candidate should be holding a BE/MCA/M. Tech/B. Sc (Computers)/PGDBA/MBA/BCA. The applicant must have a least 08 years of experience, including material (at least five years’ experience) in product/project management. Age Limit: 55 Years as on 04 December 2019.

  • Assistant Vice–President–Information Security:

 The candidate should be holding a B.E/B.Tech/BCA/BSC in Computer science/Information Technology from Reputed College/University. Minimum of 08+ years in IT Security for Postgraduates / Professional degree. Minimum of 12+ years in IT Security for Graduate candidate. Age Limit: 55 Years as on 04 December 2019.

  • AVP/Manager–Human Resources:

The candidate should be holding a Post Graduate. 4+ years of experience in the HR function, preferably from Banking and Financial Services sector companies of repute. Age Limit: 55 Years as on 04 December 2019.

  • Zonal Sales Manager–Alternate Channel:

The candidate should be holding a Post Graduate. 12+ years of experience in sales/business development in a leadership role. Pan India’s experience from relevant industry (Banking and Financial Services sector companies) of reputation will be an added advantage. Age Limit: 55 Years as on 04 December 2019.

  • Manager/Assistant Manager–Collections (RA):

The candidate should be holding a Graduate/Post Graduate degree. Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably from Banking and Financial Services. Age Limit: 50 Years as on 04 December 2019.

  • Assistant Manager/Senior Officer–Collections:

The candidate should be holding a Graduate/Post Graduate degree. Minimum 2+ years of experience of which minimum one year in card collections only from Banking and Financial Services & NBFC’s. Age Limit: 45 Years as on 04 December 2019.

  • Assistant Manager/Senior Officer-Procurement:

The candidate should be holding a Graduate/MBA and degree/Diploma in SCM, Logistics, or Business Administration. Minimum 2+ years’ experience in procurement. Age Limit: 45 Years as on 04 December 2019.

  • Senior Officer/Officer–Customer Service:

The candidate should be holding a Graduate degree. 1+ Year as on the last date of receipt of application. Age Limit: 45 Years as on 04 December 2019.

  • Senior Officer/Officer–Chargeback Operations:

The candidate should be holding a Graduate. 1+ years of Experience in a chargeback, reconciliation, and transaction processing. Age Limit: 45 Years as on 04 December 2019.

  • Senior Officer/Officer-Credit Underwriter:

The candidate should be holding a Graduate degree in any stream. 1+ Year as on the last date of receipt of application.

Age Limit:

45 Years as on 04 December 2019.
