The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi will be tentatively conducting the entrance examination for the Doctor of Medicine and Master of Surgery (MD and MS) on May 7, 2017. This entrance test will be for the July 2017 academic session.
The timings and the examination locations haven’t been notified by the authorities yet. In fact, the registration forms for candidates hasn’t been issued either.
However, the tentative schedule for the admission process has been listed. The results are expected to be out in less than a week from the date of the examination, on May 13, 2017. Following this, the first and second counselling sessions will be held on June 5 and June 13 respectively.
In case there are any seats that need to be filled up, an open counselling session will be conducted on August 24. This will be after the commencement of the July 2017 academic session on the first of the month.
Not only has AIIMS announced the dates for the entrance examination for the July 2017 academic session, but the dates for the entrance test for the January 2018 session are out as well. The MD/MS exams will be conducted on November 12, 2017.
