Results for the entrance test for the Doctorate of Medicine and Master of Surgery (DM and MCh) for the January 2017 academic session of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi, were announced on November 10, 2017.
Out of all the applicants, only around 267 of them have made it through the round. The next round includes a department assessment that needs individuals to complete lab, clinical or practical assessments, which will be conducted on November 22 and 23. Following the assessment, only 89 of them will be allocated seats at AIIMS. These seats are distributed with 60 in DM and 29 in MCh.
All shortlisted candidates must submit the following list of documents to Assistant Controller Examinations Section, 1st Floor, Convergence Block, AIIMS, New Delhi-110608 AIIMS, Delhi via speed post or in person, latest by 11 am on November 18, 2017.
Self-attested copies of the following certificates and documents need to be submitted by each candidate
• Graduation Certificate
• Post-graduation certificate
• Proof of Date of Birth
• Senior Residency Certificate
• Experience Certificate
• Certificate/Documents in support of Ex-Army Personnel
• Any other certificate/document as mentioned in the prospectus for the respective DM/MCh courses
* Any candidate who fails to appear for the second phase (department assessment) and/or submit the required documents will be immediately disqualified.
