The programme is divided into three modules of seven weeks each and one of three weeks. During the twenty-four weeks, the participants will study twenty two courses made up of three hours sessions and work on a project. They will study functional area subjects like Marketing Management, Financial Accounting, Manufacturing and Materials Management, Human Resource Management along with the general management inputs such as Organisational Behaviour, Legal Aspects of Management, Project Management and Strategic Management. The programme will follow an interactive learning methodology – cases, interactive lectures in the form of discussions and assignments to facilitate learning.
The first batch of this programme has completed the programme and the participants have been placed in many companies. The institute plans to run two programmes of six months each once the infrastructure is ready.
