Welcome to the second edition of the B-school Shutterbug Photography contest!

Clicked by Abhijeet Singh at the Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad campus. One of the winners of last year’s (2010) contest.

How to participate?

Show off your photography skills by clicking original and creative photographs satisfying the following criteria,

  1. The photos should be inside a b-school campus
  2. The photos should contain at least one person. Let there be life!

… and email the three best pictures (minimum resolution: 1,500 pixels for the larger dimension) to [email protected]. Max three entries per person! Do include the make and model of the camera you used to take the picture.

Get imaginative. Experiment with different light, angles, situations and create beautiful drama. Remember, the background of your photographs should very identifiably contain your B-school Campus. That is, it should not seem as if the picture could have been taken anywhere, for eg at your home or some generic public place or garden.

Remember, this is a photography talent competition first. So make sure the most talented people in your b-school are participating!

The contest will be judged by eminent and veteran photographers Mr Mukesh Parpiani (Head, Piramal Gallery, NCPA Mumbai) and Dr Deepak John Mathew (Head, Photography Design, NID Ahmedabad) (More about the judges below).

(Non-MBA students can participate too as long as the photographs satisfy the criteria.)

Last date: Tuesday, August 9, 2011.
