During IIm & IIT admission, which nc-obc they will ask state issued or Central issued. I have state issued certificate. Is that enough?

Hi everyone, I have applied for obc certificate renewal but due to some reasons i had to go through the whole process of making it and lastly they said you are not eligible for it. I got call from almost all IIMs. What should I do now, will IIMs consider me as a general candidate and review again for calls (at least for those where my score met their cutoff)? Thanks
