I have got CAP PI interview date on 11th feb. My OBC certicificate was last renewed on Nov 2017. I uploaded the same while registering for cat. I have applied for a new OBC in Jan and according to the GOVT employee, it will take min 2 more months to get the certificate.

Need some help. My father is class 3 employee of central govt but Tehsildar is refusing to give Non Creamy Layer stating that income exceeds 8 lacs. What can I show as a proof which shows that NCL depends on status/class/grade & not on income?
