My father works in State Bank of India, is it considered a government job or a private job. I want to know weather I have to look at my fathers salary or which grade he belongs to to determine weather I come under non creamy layer or not.

Chances of getting call and conversion.
Shortlisted by IIM K. However they are asking for NC-OBC in a new format(https://iimk.ac.in/academics/pgp/admissionpackage2019/PDFstage2/NC-OBC_Certificate.pdf) to submit during the Interview which is different than the ones we submitted during CAT registration. Is this necessary or will the old one work?
