Guys what to do if i convert a college whose last date for payment of fees is before the results of other (better) colleges I'm waiting for. And I have to take admission this year! Also, I have to take a loan. Please help

I got 99.3 %ile in XAT. Though I got calls from both but I want only BM now. Will it be easy for me to convert at this percentile?
