It is a matter of great honour for Goa Institute of Management to host the best-selling author, Mr Shiv Khera. Mr Khera is an educator, a business consultant and a recognized speaker across the globe.

Mr Khera would be deliberating on the ways one can cope with the current scenario while elucidating on the topic 'Turn Setback into Comeback.'

Scrimp - To be very frugal and sparing 

Example- When living on a tight budget, many people are tempted to scrimp on groceries and only buy the cheapest possible foods

 We are immensely proud of our distinguished alumna, Ms Supria Dhanda, from the Class of 1998, for being conferred with the award of 'CEO of the Year' for 'Diversity and Inclusion' at the Global DEI Summit 2020. She presently holds the position of Vice President and Country Manager at Western Digital. 

Ms Dhanda believes in the power of open communication, and workplace diversity, for which she regularly interacts with her employees through Connect Sessions. 

Being a socially responsible leader, she is part of various initiatives like Women at Work, Women in Entrepreneurship, and Girl-Child in STEM. 

Ms Supria Dhanda is truly a source of inspiration and we wish she goes on to earn more such accolades in future.
