'Getting resources when you do not have any, and then, working ardently towards the goals is what gives sweet pleasure.' said Dr Ravinder Sethi, Chief Operating Officer, Oncquest Laboratories Ltd., in a virtual interactive Session organized by the Corporate Relations and Placement Committee of Healthcare Management.
Having two decades of vast experience in the field of telecommunications, FMCG, and healthcare, Mr Sethi explained how COVID-19 halted the logistic chains. He also gave solutions to several operational hurdles which companies generally face during adversities. Mr Sethi, also spoke at length about the importance of healthcare workers and how organizations must cater to the needs of the employees even more during hard times.
