Hey mr.BarccardispriteI would like know the current campus placements and what it would be in the year 2011-12..becoz I am planning to give Gmat in 2010....But I came to know that there are courses beyond MBA from one of your messages....Firstly let me express myself- I would like to run a business consultancy who would aid any business person during his contigencies becoz I have seen people doing suicides just becoz there is no way to make the business and they get stuck halfway through.....This happens mostly to the financially middle/lower level business personalities. I am currently working as a Project / Process Engineer. I would also like to whether the following could be achieved by doing MBA in one of the good B schools in abroad...1.Growth in my career2.Getting very high pays / earnings which also help me to fufill my personal dream3.Better understanding on how to proceed with the requirementsOr is there any better way to do ???Regards,The Emperor

I read your post about avenues beyond MBA.
The course that has caught my fancy is Masters in Business Law.I have tried my hand at a 1 yr PG course in IP at NLSUI, bangalore which i couldnt complete but has fueled my interest in this field.Could you please advise me how this switch would be viable for considering me switching from IT field (4 years exp) to law.Are their any colleges that would take me in their full time MBL programs, if yes which are they and how can i get about preparing for them.

Just wanted to ask for your advice on whether to join IIT madras MBA or MFC at DU .I know it could be a bit awkward & diff to compare the two colleges but I am really unable to decide .
while MFC is a core fin course and has a avg placement pkgs and is based in delhi where i live.
IIT M has a brand name associated with it & a general MBA .
Being an engg student I have limited knowledge about finance though I feel that would be the most rational choice by the method of elimination
I had applied to some UK for MSc in management but after the discussions on this thread over my ealier querry I have dropped the idea
Considering I would like to work abroad if possible for a couple of years before coming back to delhi ...could you guide me wth your thoughts on this...or if possible direct me to some people who may help.

I have not taken GMAT yet.

I m Atul doing my MBA (Mktg) from Indira Institute of Management, Pune. I have done BSc Agril. Biotechnology in my graduation. I will b doing my summers at Amul, Anand. What should I do in d summers to increase my chances of getting a ppo? Will u plz suggest me some courses, training, books etc to increase my knowledge abt fmcg sector, scm & increase my employability?
