Why do you want to purchase them? Download them from NCERT's website.
For history, you will have to ask seniors for photocopies of the old NCERT books. They are now not available on any site or shop.
History old NCERT books are available from Jagdish Book Depot, Delhi. It's near Chandni chowk metro station.
