Unfortunately UPSC is notorious for rejecting applications which have problems with sign & photo. Your specific case also has been dealt by it & follow this link to understand more. It is 110 pixels height & 140 width. If you do it otherwise, your sign will appear as if it is compressed laterally & pulled vertically. Remember to sign the same way till the exam process is completed. If needed, there is an option of second application. You can send as many applications you want bro. Only the application with highest registration ID (last applied one) will be considered by UPSC. puyz just help........i have a scanned photo with dimentions of 140/160 but upsc ask for 110/140 !! do i have to to rescan to get it exact ?? or my dimention will do and secondly my pic has a serial no. that the photographer puts{like conditions apply in tiny unseen albhabets} will that be fine or .what to do ???

crop/readjust your sign using ms paint/any othr sftware .. didn undrstand wht u meant by ur pic
i am unable to register part 2 of upsc prelims 2013...i have installed that security certificate..still not possible to get into second part of registration..they are saying ........
"There is a problem with this website's security certificate. The security certificate presented by this website was not issued by a trusted certificate authority. The security certificate presented by this website was issued for a different website's address. Security certificate problems may indicate an attempt to fool you or intercept any data you send to the server."

Try some other browser like firefox once or else try to fill the form from a different PC (may be from internet cafe).
