they may not had access to XAT scores till last year...but this year they ought to have it...they wld have called 3k odd students...and see the cutoffs mann...insanely low...they wld have to rule out few students...this cld be the biggest scam in management education...internally they wld do something which obviosly we wont kno... CAT is definitely not entirely transparent but doing this XL has also come in the same league...they did something lyk this in 2011...they dont learn frm there own mistakes...what do they expect us to say in the interview...shame shame XL...

mera toh malay ray chal rha hain...have to start on HR questns quickly...right now content building is going on...haan FMS toh pakka nikalna hain hi....par i think FMS is pure luck to say the least...agar GD ya extempore mein kuch kharab ho gya toh PI nikalna bahut mushkil ho jaata hain until and unless woh seedha tumhare strength mein na ghus jaaye...5-7 mins is too less for any real impression...
