@ash1615 he he he he mai khud shock ho gaya.. QA me 5 marks se zyaada ka increase.. but if PG had not taken up this cause , imagine ppl at 76% getting calls while such a large section wud have written another year thinking that they were at fault.
I respect XL for having the cohones to actually take out new results but am also shell-shocked at the kind of callousness educational institutes show towards their biggest asset, their future students ...

XL panelists dont have access to scorecard. :/
They will come out with something and moreover who wants them to see the exact %ile,just

i wish iims had done something like xl
See XL has played safe at this point of time by calling so many for the interviews,it has prevented any controversy whatsoever after the revised results.Interview m bulana hi kafi nai h na. They also know 56%ile is low in quant(no pun intended)

point is - 56 ke liye jin log 80,80 satisfy kiya unlogo ko hi bulaya..
say 1200-1300 odd for bm and probably 1500-1600 plus for hrm.
and jinlogo ka kaam hua hain unlogo ko accomodate karne ke liye aisa kiya hain
but many things will come into play
i had a talk with a xl senior today- and its interviews that matter.
ha achi percentile and acha gk/essay score might fetch an upper waitlist or direct convert but its all interviews..
and yes no seat increase probably for this year :/

they may not had access to XAT scores till last year...but this year they ought to have it...they wld have called 3k odd students...and see the cutoffs mann...insanely low...they wld have to rule out few students...this cld be the biggest scam in management education...internally they wld do something which obviosly we wont kno...

CAT is definitely not entirely transparent but doing this XL has also come in the same league...they did something lyk this in 2011...they dont learn frm there own mistakes...what do they expect us to say in the interview...shame shame XL...
Is saal toh XL waale cutoffs bhi decide nahi kar paaye...they wr forced to give these as the percentiles to accomodate all the previosly called students...
