I am in a bit of dilemma here. I have 2.5 years of experience in IT(infra) and i have an offer from TCS (package - 6.02, offered by TCS)
Now, i have been selected for a PSU bank (probationary officer). I know that both the fields are completely different from each other and this is where the dilemma begins. Which one do i choose to go to.
Considering that PSU job is a stable job and would not have any pressure of rotational shift albeit at a lower package than that offered by TCS.
Could you please guide me with this? I plan to pursue executive MBA this year and want to have enough time for preparation for CAT this year.

I have completed 1.9 years in TCS and 1.3 years in the ISU in which i am currently allocated now i want to get release from my project as well as from the ISU i am currently working in. I do not want transfer just release from ISU. There is no scope in future for the technology i am currently working in. The management says i cannot take release before completing 2 yrs in ISU. Kindly suggest how can i get only release from the ISU without taking transfer.

I am having 2.5 yrs of work ex in TCS. I am planning to resign- in that case my last date will be 20th May, because I am joining IMT Ghaziabad Marketing. I have the following doubts:
1. As I will be working only for 20 days in May, so will I get the entire variable pay (performance pay) which I would have orginally got? If not, then how much will I get?
2. Today, TCS has announced that we will be getting bonus. So, in my case, will I get the bonus amount?
3. Suppose if I take sabbatical, then can I resign anytime in between?
4. My CTC will be 4.4 lpa, as I have got C Band. So, what will be my compensation if I come back to TCS after studying MBA in IMT Ghaziabad?

Hi all. I have applied for resignation and it has been approved for 15 may as I will be going for higher studies. Now I want to take back my resignation and apply for lwp from the same date. Is it possible
