Hi.. I have converted IMT Ghaziabad PGDM Marketing. I am working in TCS, have 2.5 years of experience with 2 C Bands. My CTC is 4.32 lpa. Which one will be a better choice for me- going to IMT or trying for a job switch? Skillset- Manual Testing, Performance Testing.

Can anyone please opine on what salary to expect if in case I choose to return to TCS. (Though SJMSOM has been doing well recently I doubt if it even comes under the TCS' Tier 1/2 rakings ) .

Hi Guys, I have around 4.5 years of experience in TCS and I am planning to pursue my MBA from TAPMI this year with a Marketing major and systems minor after taking LWP this year. I have a few questions which are as follows:
1. Do the TCS LWP policy allow me to sit in the campus recruitments held at my college?
2.What is the role and package that I can expect after I join TCS( I do not have any C or D bands till now)
3.What will I loose if I do not take up the LWP and what will I gain if I take the LWP?

FYI :If you resign within 6 months of your LWP start date , you need to serve for 1 month notice period and if you resign after 6 months then no serving period.
Forgot to ask if i will resign after 2 years of LWP then what wud i have to do and is there any notice period for LWP also or we can take any time?

I have completed 20 months in TCS. Yesterday my HR replied to me on my resignation mail about providing an option of LWP.. I will surely get/have got an admit in IMT G, VGSOM, XIMB & MDI HR.. Is the LWP worth considering if I get into these colleges??
Hello Folks. I have heard 90% LWP are being rejected form corporate HR. My friend is joining IFMR chennai and had applied for LWP on APl 16. 3 days back HR called him and said 90% LWP are being rejected by corporate HR as people are not coming back as its a loss to TCS and told him to resign . i had applied for LWP last week. Still waiting. anyone LWP approved?
