Hii... I am now about to start a career in MBA, my classes will start from july, and my bond period ends on sept.. so they (HR) are insisting on paying full 50,000 rupees to get relieved and to get experience certificate...
I would not be needing experience certificate to show in college till Oct/Nov or so (i can manage it with salary slips and joining letter) but i will be needing it later...
What should I do ? pay full 50,000 for breaking the bond just 2 months earlier ? Is there any solution ? they are not letting me to apply for LWP... I am currently unallocated, but working in a project in kolkata and have initiated my H1... Can i leave without informing them ? pls suggest
I am planing to take a long leave, I have 3.5 years of IT Experience current payscale is aroung 5.6L. Planning to do an MBA for 2 years @IIT Mumbai. What would be the expected salary when i come back and join as Category 1 MBA? that is i will be having 5.5 years of experience.
Hi all, how much time it takes to complete the process of resignation? I am on bench. Some guys were telling it takes only 4-5days at max. On the other hand, for one guy i know,it took 15days. I have to submit my resignation according to that.

with my friends i attend interview in tcs,mumbai on18th march 2013,i cleared all rounds and they gave us blue forms even and said that they will inform us again for joining..still then their is no intimation from tcs.what is our position we cannot decide anything regarding it..can any one give us a hint of any chances of keeping hopes .will it happen like that in tcs as many of friends saying thast it will take some time in tcs to get joining date.is it true ?kindly give ur opinion guysss
I am an oracle dba working in HCL having 2 years 9 months experience. I have been offered System Engineer designation with grade C1 and CTC of 5.85. Wanted to know if the offer offered is good for a person around 3 years exp.

I wil be completing my Btech in june and have just received my TCS joining letter with ILP scheduled for september in hyderabad.
However due to some reasons I may not be able to join them at the date provided. Is there any provision for extending the date of joining? If yes, then wat is the procedure? Also is there any risk of losing the job if one goes fr extension?
Does anyone have idea (recent knowledge) about package that TCS provides after re-fitment to an associate who has done pgpm 1 yr program from Great Lakes chennai .Prior to joining if he/she has experience of 38 months and last appraisal band 'D' . And of course one year study period should be included as relevant experience ,so in total 50 months exp .

Iam joining TCS as a trainee in trivandrum on 5th August. I had been selected in the interview as EIS (I am not sure but my interviewer and me were Electrical background and i was grilled for about an hour with electrical syllabus). My questions are:1. How to know if i have been selected for EIS at all?
2. If the notification for EIS is given during training then on what basis is it done and when during the training will i come to know?
3. What kind of certifications should i do (or is doing a certification a neccesity at all at this point of time?) for an electrical/electronics software background? And where can i take classroom courses for the said certifications.

Hi.. I am Divya, currently on bench in TCS. It has been 10 months since joining and am planning to quit the job. I want to know should I pay 50k while leaving, disregarding being on bench..? I don't need the experience certificate. Surety (My Uncle) was given as part of the bond while joining. Currently I am not reporting properly. Will TCS take action against me if I leave. Please help..

I had resigned from TCS towards the end of 2012 as I wanted to focus on MBA entrances. Since my waitlists weren't converted, I again applied to TCS and am slated to appear for the interview in the a couple of days.

I have a query. I am B.Tech 2006 and full time MBA 2010. I got ITA profile from TCS. Is it right designation ? I have heard that it should be System Analyst in grade C2 for full time MBA's.
