Puys I want to confirm that as I have less than 2 years of exp,I cant avail LWP.So I have to resign....So when should I resign and what is the notice period?
Also can I avail LWP as my exp is less than 2 years?

If I take LWP for 2 year MBA, then will it affect my chances of getting an internship? Is it against LWP policy?
I got the congratulations mail on 1st of April. I still have some EL and Sick leaves left (from TCS), as in a total of 30 days, which I am supposed to exhaust before applying LWP(Sabbatical). In that case, if I want my leaves to start from April 20th, should I be applying for LWP from May 21st?! (Since I need to exhaust all the leaves before my LWP starts). Please help!
@Phoenix2687 : no dude..apply leaves from 20th till the day it is exhausted. Then on the last day, you initiate LWP. Tell your HR about this. She will do it for you or give instructions. Even I am on leaves from 2nd April onwards, till May 30. On june 1st, I will resign.
You cant apply Sick Leaves. Any other leave is persmissible..
@PsychicDevil : fighting rarely works. Wait for the Band to come out. Elevating from D to C is easier said than done. Someone else who got A will have to get B then. If you are below ITA, decrement is minimal.
Hi ....My project got over recently...I thought of staying in bench for some time 2-3 months and cover basics for CAT13 and later search for projects...But I got a call from new project and they r tellin me to join immediatly where i hv to learn all new things which are entirely diff from dose bfore i wrked.Plz give me ur suggestions .Should I accept the new project or reject ?

My simple suggestion aka Muft-ka-gyaan : Prioritize. If you want to make it to CAT,you need to put in efforts (Until and unless you are born gifted or incredibly lucky 🎂 ). At the same time, you need to have a back up if CAT doesn't work out. Finding that balance is your prerogative. If I were you, I would have skipped that project. H2 abhi bahut door hai

Guys I have completed 2 years in TCS and so according to the LWP policy I am eligible for it.
Have got a call from Symbiosis and eager to join it.
But would be happy if this LWP thing is in my bag....
Kinda worried by looking at following stats :
1.my ILP IPF : 3
2.Anniversary rating : 2
Got "D" band
Fought for it .To shut my mouth,Project managers gave me 300 gems for my performance in same month in which I got "D" band.Sounds funny isnt it?!?!
3.My current IPF (H2):3.55
May get "C" band this year.
Any suggestions what should I do? Will my LWP be approved? I have around 30 earned leaves still left!!!
