@dreams_2012 : only if you are from IT specialization, you get AssCon, AsoCon designations..
If you get in as a HR or in Finance, then its Junior Manager, Asst Manager, Manager and so on..
Growth prospects isn't bad for IT, HR or for the guys they hire for Domain Consultants or Strategy..No finance, Marketing or Consulting guy from a good school will go to any IT company..nevertheless exposure is poor overall.
@aimiim2012 : dude, here are few things:
1. TCS lets you take a sabbatical for up-to 2 years. That was what I last heard. But if you have a good %ile and end up in a good college, I dont know why you would want to come back. Anyways, I am resigning.
2. Your new salary will depend on the College, specialization and you. Sometimes they also delve into past record, if your profile is poor. Pay depends on all these factors. Typically, TCS pays people more to former TCSers or a TATA employee than a non-TCSer.
3. TCS doesn't sponsor any Professional education..just Training for Managers. It has tie-ups with a few good colleges. Check with your HR.
4. Once you are sponsored, you HAVE TO COME BACK to the company. Period. There will be a bond. Post-bond, you can get out or pay up, which will be quite a high amount.
5. Self-sponsored MBA is way better than Company-sponsored. I know this because my Dad has PGPIE and PGPIM from NITIE.

I learned about TCS Research Fellowship program. Can someone please shed some light on this. Looking forward for the reply. Thanks 
@aimiim2012 Package depends on the College(Tier 1 / 2 according to TCS category),Your prev exp, and performance pay will be based on ur latest band which constitutes ur overall CTC at the time of refitment if u join back to TCS after MBA.

while we exhaust earn leave before taking LWP..so during that period (suppose 22 earn leaves need to be exhausted) are we eligible for getting TCS payroll?

@Phoenix2687 : LWP needs to be approved. Even I had gone to HR for resignation. Anyways she gave me a lecture on LWP. LWP will be approved only if you have a hard copy of Admit and an installment of fee payment. It will then be forwarded to the Regional HR Head, who will have to approve it.

What draft are you referring to? From what I understand, they want a print out of the Admit email and hard copy of payment of 1st installment of fees..
