@tiwarishiva This year TCS didn't visit IMT bcoz TCS was offering 5.5 LPA in IMT.. and their lowest cut off package was 6.5LPA.. so don't know what to do..!! even with the increase number of seats 660, placement scenario is very uncertain as eco slowdown...!!

Considering a workex of 30months, I would not have joined IMT DCP @ 21 lakhs INR. The sole reason being very high fees.

Does final anniversary rating after one year confirmation depends on ILP rating....???
@saurabhlumarrai No it doesn't, FA rating is provided depending on the rating which you get after you fill up your goal sheet

@saurabhlumarrai Have you heard of Mid Anniversary rating... In a way , your ILP rating is Mid anniversary rating.
And in FA , the ratings are rounded off to whole numbers...

@saurabhlumarrai Anivesary Rating is the avg of ILP rating+Mid Aniversary ratin + final anniversary appraisal ratin. If MId anniversay is not done den they will take the avg of other 2.
Does TCS sponsor for Highers studies i.e MBA? If yes, is it mandatory to come back and join TCS or we may not come after completion of course by repaying the sponsored amount to TCS.?

Dunno abt the sponsorship thing. But you may go over a sabbatical leave and join again.
@aimiim2012 Depending the amt of sponsorship, duration of agreement will change.But max dey can give 2.5 Lac dats all.No use I guess.
