IMT .experience is 14 month..dis is my first band...most probaly would be C/D.....

Its not posible to take LWP for below 2 yrs exp.U hv to quit.U can negotiate the bond amount with HR.

this negotiation is done with which HR ? project HR or RMG or some other ?

@dark_Sector The bond amount here mentioned is service bond for freshers which is of 2yrs and 50 k + 10 k with out notice period. as below 2 yrs guys cant take LWP. with project or IOU HR
