@baseerahamedmec No need of any course.For EIS they will train particular domain according to project requirements.

Don't know why companies are increasing the required years of exp..earlier when I have joined then it used to be 2 years for laterals:-(
God knows what they will do by the time i have 3 years of exp...they might increase it to 4 years:-(

@dvchinmaya I have joined TCS in June as a fresher,and current salary is 3.14 LPA...so I wanna know that is it true that TCS has redefined its packages ? ? ?
Guys in which grade TCS put IMT-G? and is it possible to get study leave even before serving bond period as I have completed 16 month in job.

@ajborah U can contact HR mangers and above to get to know the Category of theB school....as it is confidential the document will nt be shared by HR to the employees but dey can tell u d particular college category.....IIMs,SPJain,FMS,MDI,IIFT,XLRI,XIMB,NITIE,JBIMS,GrateLakes Chennai are Tier 1 as of I know.
@PsychicDevil There is no surety of getting d project.They will conductth e interviews among the ppl applied. Most of the cases opp will be filled by directly by RMG

@ajborah They can approve ur LWP and release from the project wen u take leave from.If they r not ready to approve ur LWP,u can contact HR.But u hv to inform them 1 month bfore.Some ppl will not approve LWP.In such case u hv to quit the job if u r really wanted to join b school

Can any one please clarify my doubt regarding the appraisal process in TCS.
I have a friend who got A band in his 1st yr and his current package is 4.86 L after 2.3yrs.He is expecting a B band this tym round.
Another friend who earlier got a C band and current package of 4.2 L after 2.3 yrs(both of the same ILP batch) is expecting an A this tym.
Can anyone please highlight the packages post increment based on the above bands.
Is it possible that the 2nd one gets higher package post increment than the first one??
NB:- There is no designation change this tym round for both of them.Increments,if any will solely be based on bands.Both joined on Nov 2010
