@aspirant8 Tier 1.You will good package after joining back which depends on ur previous exp,bands and ur supervisor feed back.

Also, one gets revised package when he gets new role ?? Can you shed some light on when does one receives new package?

@urwithdevesh Usaully its less package for Tier 2 than taht of Tier 1.But as u hv good bands and 3+ exp,u can get in the range 7-8 or 8-9.Cant predict the exact salary.Its only a prediction.In reality anything can happen.If u join back, in the beginning only during refitment ur new designation,grade,pacakge n all wil be decided.And as u hv 3+ exp already chances of getting the designation and grade of System Analyst are also more.So I mentioned around 7 or 7+ to be considered as minimum.On campus u can write only above 7 offering companies.In the worst case u can have a backup of any caompny on campus only, if 7+ is not possible.ITA is equivalent to System Analyst.For Assistant Consultant(AST) Designation there should be minimum 3 yrs of exp from the time u become ITA.Usually ASTs package will be more than 9 or around 9.Now u can calculate and predict urself the possible package.

@urwithdevesh Also please note as u hv D as ur latest band ,according to the policy mentioned in LWP present in knowmax MyHR,your performance pay may be affected.So it affects overall package.So the cut off u can take as 7+.

Thanks for your reply !!. A quick question. Does TCS consider only the last band for re-fitment process or all the performance bands which one has earned during his/her tenure in TCS. I read the LWP policy but was not clear in this regard. Please shed some light on this.. :)

@urwithdevesh They hv mentioned it specifically for performance pay which constitutues ur overall pakage.For particular grade and designation basic salary and BOB r fixed.It ll vary in performance pay among diff employees of the same grade/designation.You can PM me if u need more clarity ,we can discuss.

I have 17+months of exp in TCS and I have got 2.2 rating in H2. Which band can I expect?
I really fear that after giving me such a bad rating they'll also give me an E band.

@Debasis070 Hi dont worry, E is not compulsory.E is optional for the unit owner to give.All who fall in E range also ,dey will put dem in D.Performance Improvemnt Pgm will b initiated.Do well in that.Hope for the best.

My project got over yesterday. Is it good to stay on bench for 2 -3 months n prepare for CAT at present situation ? I am attending TIME weekend classes.Its the first time am writing CAT .Please give me ur suggestions ?
