I happen to recieve this mail only today?did someone recieve this mail today? any news regarding the aicte approval? is it that they are sending it to all the waitlisted candidates or those who dont stand a chance to get through the PGDM or sectoral course?
I do not know what TAPMI has in store for us with no signs of any updates yet. Also with most colleges beginning this week and TAPMI also scheduled to begin its operations in a couple of weeks only, chances look slim now. Although the institute is still trying to put up a brave face and losing no hope or efforts but eventually aspirants like me will begin to lose hope soon.
I am really having sleepless nights & I believe most of you would be feeling same as well. Seriously, I am really in a precarious situation. I had already resigned some time back but could not be releaved well in time, so I did not join my other converts(Symbi, IMI among others) because of project deadlines(the responsibility of the project lies solely with me). I too had hopes from TAPMI & was confident with the data provided to me, that I would make it with additional 60 seats. But things are not working out as planned. I might well have to withdraw my resignation if things don't work out in a day or two. But I would not be able to join TAPMI, if the seats are approved later, after withdrawing my resignation. Although the project is an entrepreneurial venture, initiated by me, the organization is manged by others as well. Once I withdraw my resignation, I will have to take new contract or project & won't be freed again until the end of the project. You can say I provide services to the organization, rest details are slighly complex. I have made my point clear to them, but it won't be good for our tie ups if I keep on changing my stance. I am really looking forward to some advice now. Puys, I would really appreciate if you can provide any update as soon as you get it. Thanks.

Most of us are in similar situation. I have been selected for BFS,IB and in next 60 for PGDM. But, all these are based on approval. So,I have decided not to take risk and to join one of my converts. I will lose a big amount while withdrawing(If courses are approved latter). We are reading each and every new post in this thread in hope of getting something +ve. Let us hope that the approval comes fast.(If I had a better extempore r TAPMI had better planning system, all this could have been avoided:-()
I guess I'm now officially out of the race for TAPMI PGDM! I too got the mail for that European Studies course (dunno how I missed it in the first place :P) All the best to those who're still in the hunt for a PGDM seat. And thanks to the seniors (especially bharat, meberty, sandeep etc) for being supportive and patient. Wish you all the best for your future. :)
Nope, buddy! I think the logic isn't fool-proof. According to Sudeep Sir, I was waitlisted @ 440 (before the latest PGDM list movement). And I haven't received the said mail. Maybe the reason could be because I'd said no to all the other courses except PGDM.
hi... I have had a talk with Mr. Sudeep. He said, that the people who have converted their calls will receive the e-mails immediately. Updating on the site is done as a secondary action. So please keep an eye on your e-mails regularly. Also, their mail might come into your spam folder, so keep a check on that too. My mail had come in the Spam folder and was an inch close to deleting it, so please be careful. I wish luck to the people waiting for their calls .
Hello..Anyone from Hyderabad?? Kindly PM me..2 of us r planning to book tickets asap..a bigger company is always welcome..if there is any other link where we can locate acquaintances from our region, do lemme know
Can anyone tell me the interest rate charged by Corporation bank for TAPMI and if there any special offer for TAPMI by Corporation bank
There is no special rates for Tapmi in corporation bank. If you are ready to pay SI during the moratorium period i.e. 2 yrs of study period, then they will reduce the interest rate by 1%. This is common to all banks and all colleges. Other than this there are no special discounts. I have given my loan application in corporation and am most likely to get my loan there. So these were the terms I agreed to.
