Dear All,
I did not receive this email. I was selected in the sectoral programs for IB and BFS. There could be 2 reasons
1. The mail is yet to reach me and might reach at a later time or date.
2. My chances of conversion could be high?
Feel really sorry for everyone who has waited so long and not to see any movement even now 😞
Too early to speculate anything...but I too fear that this might be an indication.
Or this just might be a promotional campaign. But one has to read the first line properly. Limited seats...As far as I can see they would need at least WL rank till 120-150 to fill additional seats if they are coming.
guess this means another go at CAT for me. Things should be clear by tomorrow.

Euphoric SaysYes...waiting for tomorrow. I talked to Sudeep Sir today evening itself(around 3-4 PM), probably before these mails came. He was still very optimistic about the approval and did not give any slightest of hints about these mails. He said things should settle by this week & college is coming up with certain ideas to make sure that students who get the offer late do not suffer because of lack of time.

Dear aspirant,
Greetings from TAPMI!
As you are aware, your name was included in the waiting list for PGDM of TAPMI. Unfortunately, due to availability of limited number of seats, we would not be in a position to offer you admission to the programme this year...
I am in the same category as you. And lets be positive and consider this as an indication that we stand a good chance of conversion of the seat. In my opinion if 60 seats are added they would need around 110-120 students to fill them considering rejections and let-bys as told by Euphoric.
So I am assuming that those who have not got this email must be in the next 120 or so of ranks. The race is not yet over buddies!!
All the best to everyone out there!
Hey even I got this mail.....
Just want to know whether I am out of the race for IB program also.....I was not selected 4 IB in the first list.....Any help would be great....
Thanks..
Will call the institute today. If anybody does reach them please post the response at the earliest. Thanks.

any news ? i'll try calling them rite now.
Nope, buddy! I think the logic isn't fool-proof.
According to Sudeep Sir, I was waitlisted @ 440 (before the latest PGDM list movement). And I haven't received the said mail.
Maybe the reason could be because I'd said no to all the other courses except PGDM.
Euphoric SaysYes, your point seems quite valid now. Apparently, all of those in top 150 or so ranks in WL have not received any mails. This means they still stand a good chance. Otherwise, the offers to these courses would have been in order of merit as well.
