Guys my humble request to you, please demand only for normalization not for Tier 1 qualifying. I am giving you strong reasons below: 1) A candidate toiling for years preparing GK for Tier1 will be at loss because there is not difference between a candidate having score of 140 and candidate having score of 170. 2) The above reason might give a chance to non-maths background students to demand a GK paper in Tier2 as selection will be completely based on Maths and English. 3) We are trying to reduce luck factor but without our knowledge we are increasing weightage to Tier3 which is entirely a lottery. So if we are demanding for tier1 qualifying we are doing more harm than getting benefitted. Finally think of consequences before supporting Tier1 qualifying demand, normalization is the need of the day but if we go for Tier1 qualifying we are digging our own grave.

This year ( CGL 2017) ,I hope vacancy will be more than previous years like 2015 & 2016 . New government formation will take place in 2019 & DA 0 last year & Cbec also very few in north zone while huge number of vacancies in Chennai zone. However , AAO compensates for other vacancies . So , we can hope positively for more number of vacancies (around 10000+) this year . Those who have less marks 135-140 will also get a job if they obtain above average in mains i.e. 320+ ..... & also chances for 2800 gp/4200 gp ...... Be positive this year ..... game is not over ..... tier 2 is the baap of tier 1 & tier 3 🤓😂 whoever don't think so , can analyse last year marks 😋🤓😂😁
