Those who are supporting privatisation.. bas itna hi kahna chahunga unse khud ka ghr bechkr kiraye k ghr me raho.. kyunki ab ghr se koi profit to aa nahi raha.. to better hai sale kr diya jaye.. Aur jo log ye kah rahe hai ki all psu are loss making it is the total failure of govt.. nothing else...

Privatisation is short term solution to lay off the govt debt. which is at its zenith already. Risk of short term gains is prominent in private companies. There are decisions to start ventures which result in short term benefits but may not be good for long term. On individual level performance pay would have been the best option to increase competency in govt services like in banks which is a proven tool to increase efficiency among employees.
