One of my friends have applied for IB ACIO ...He is 28+ ...working in Central Government for more than 4 years ...is he eligible for IB ACIO? PS. He has filled the form as it was somewhere written in that notification 3 years relaxation for departmental candidate's working in Central government ...for general the age limit is 27 after relaxation of 3 years means 30 then ... What does that exactly mean ...??? Anyone willing to help?

To pesh hai ek aur aale darze ki bakchodi😅😅 From 2003 to 2010, sirf mere district me hi 4 pvt sugar mills establish hui.. 4 govt mills aur 3 pvt mills already the.. sath hi sath 3 govt mills ko bech diya gaya.. aur ye sab ranneeti bani thi year 2000 me, jaha kisano ko lalach diya gaya tha ki aap kisi b sugar mill me cane bech sakte hai jaha pr accha price mile (MSP se upar) aur ye ki small factory band ho jayegi to kisano ki koi majburi nahi rahegi ki saste me apna cane beche.. uske baad kai govt aayi aur gayi lekin sabine cane k payment me har saal thoda bahut increment kiya.. pr last 4 salo me cane ka price wahi hai, fertilizers, pesticides and metals double to triple ho gaye hai.. diesel almost double hone ja raha hai.. pr cane rate wahi hai.. aur ye biwi k bhaiyya kisano ki income double krne ka bolte hai.. technical intro ki wajah se production almost 1.5 times ho gaya hai to sustain kr pa rahe hai farmers.. same isi tarah ka funda kisan bill me lagaya gaya hai...
