Mr Prashant Bhushan appearing for the petitioners suggests 3 more names for the committee in addition to the 2 names suggestes by the bench earlier. Mr Mehta says dt the entire exam should not be set aside and he can distinguish the individual cases where cheating has been done
Justice Bobde says you demonstrate this to the Committee. We will substitute two with justice Dave and Justice Singhvi says Justice Bobde. Mr Mehta says he will take instructions on the names suggested for the constitution of the committee.

Don't pay heed to rumours.....The situation has been changed to our favour and the chance of cancellation is rare.....So have a sigh of relief and wait for 22 nd Jan....Hopefully the stay will be vacated on the date.....But I reiterate, there will be no cancellation....Om Namah Shivaay....

2017 will not get cancelled Because if 2017 get cancelled the question will arise on various other exams as well which were taken by Sify... Govt is in no mood to cancel ,even the sg stand in the court was to catch the culprit and not to cancel the exam.. Committee is going to support the stand of govt.. May be some cheaters will be caught in near future and 2018 will be conducted after election with few recommendations from committee....
