Although stay is not yet vacated, but certainly there are reasons to have a sigh of relief as of now.....after today's argument, cancellation seems a remote possibility (we will be ecstatic once stay is vacated).....Stay strong and pray to the Almighty....Good news is in the offing.....

What i am thinking abt this committee formation suggested by SC in last hearing is due to the CBI report which i think has stated that they cant pinpoint the culprits in CGL MAINS 2017. This was also said by the CBI counsel in the court on 10th Jan. Thats why they are giving it a last try if by any means the exam can be saved, thats why they are taking up this matter with the Expert committee & now they have included 2 judges in this so that the committee is not biased towards govt. It makes me think that Judges have no choice other than cancellation until and unless something out of the box comes from the committee.

I am seeing a lot of people passionately talking about how exam will not be cancelled and cancelled.

Can someone please tell me what the future course of action might be? Please dont use this an opportunity to bash one another. Just tell me what you think and why you think so. Dont write anything without backing it up with genuine reasons.
