Mr Prashant Bhushan appearing for the petitioners suggests 3 more names for the committee in addition to the 2 names suggestes by the bench earlier.Mr Mehta says that the entire exam should not be set aside and he can distinguish the individual cases where cheating has been done. Justice Bobde says you demonstrate this to the Committee. We will substitute two with justice Dave and Justice Singhvi says Justice Bobde. Mr Mehta says he will take instructions on the names suggested for the constitution of the committee.
