i think there is some misunderstanding bro...This is not possible because zone allocation for CBEC has not been done yet...and as you may know , it is your zone which actually sends the pvr and medical form...please confirm and tell...
He may be of the previous batch of excise inspectors i.e. from CGL 2008...because excise inspectors selected for patna zone from CGL 2008 have not joined yet...

dear,cud u plz cnfirm tat physical in cbec walking 1600mtrs in 15 min is a normal walk or jogging with wat rules?n in cycling 8kms in 30min do v hv 2 bring our own bicycl or they wil provide it? N wat is venue,schedule,etc...plz ask 4 these queries,as it wud b a gr8 help.

It normally takes 2/3 months as far as I am updated from other selected candidates.

Though I've been in touch with this blog for a long time but just recently joined this blog.
Congrates to all those who got their Zone allocated and another tough time for waiting for joining. I am selected for TA in CBEC through SSC CGL-2010 and waiting for the further formalities.
I hereby advise you all guys to lodge your grievances on the web portal of Public Grievance Dept. And moreover, file RTI application as much as possible. This will definitely create a pressure on these lazy officials who have been procrastinating our zone allocation/joining formalities. I myself has lodged two complaints and RTIs.
From our recent experience it is very clear that there is no compatibility among the various Govt Depts. Earlier, SSC itself used to take two-three years to complete the Examination process. But somehow, it has upgraded itself and with the new process implementation, now it takes less than one year for Exam and final result preparation. But unfortunately, the other concerned department are not in a mood to adapt this high-speed. That's why, having passed more than six months, zone allocation/joining could not be done in almost any department.
This gives you a clear picture that in which kind of system/environment you are going to join and will spend your remaining life.
As I am already in a govt job, so it is not too difficult for me to wait for a little more. But I am really concerned about those, who belong to a middle class family and don't have any other earning source in their hand. It becomes too difficult to pass a single day of waiting. we all have been suffering a great financial loss because of lazyness of these officials. For each month they delay, we have to bear a loss of at least Rs.18000/- for TA and Rs.35000/- for ITI. Apart from this mental agony is also there.
This experience revokes me to join the Anna's team for a strong and competent Lokpal. Really we need such a mechanism that can keep these idle officials working.
Lets pray that God will take care of us...

hello friends myself new to this forum,please someone help or suggest presently iam working in railways m selected as inspector ce i hve not applied through proper channel nd didnt mention in the ssc application form too so now how to resign and how to continue my same pran and also will it be a problem for me in future i hve a bond with railway too but m ready to refund the amount please help

If, and only if, you are currently serving the probation period, then you never needed to apply through proper channel. One needs to apply through proper channel when he/she is absorbed in the govt. org. as a permanent employee. If you are on probation then you simply need to resign from Railways paying the agreed-upon amount and submit your relieving letter to the CBEC at the time of your joining.
If you've completed your probation, which I don't believe you have, then you're in deep trouble...

TA ZA has also been declared now...
" za for ta in cbec has completed and will be soon in the site withn a week. inspector has been in process.may be by 25th aug."
