Hey modesty, I can understand the dilemma you are facing. The opinions i am going to post are strictly mine. OK as regards to the dresscode, it is not all that strict. They have a set of basic guidelines that if followed, should not be a problem. Anyways these all things are very trivial things in a B-School.
Let me get to the important topic: of interview.
The interview process lat year consisted of 1. Essay writing 2. An extempore speech 3. GD 4. CAse study
Regarding ur interview processes: i would say it would be gr8 if u can attend all ur interviews even if it means that you would be shelling a lot of money.
May be you might have to fly down from delhi to pune and then fly out to mangalore.
i know it is tough but this is the question of your career and in these things i feel u shud be a bit considerate.
Comapring TAPMI & SIBM : i request u check the placement records of both the insti's in that respect SIBM rocks. our seniors placements were done in a record time and i can see everyone so happy abt it.
I think that sud clear ur doubts of SIBM
All the best for ur GD/PI
Cheers Kallappa

listen i guess u should attend the SIBM interview, thats ur best call among the available insti calls u have. There are ni elemination rounds and all have to go thru all the rounds. it shud get over in abt 4 hrs. thats not a prob.
Please check if there areany direct buses to mangalore from pune. if there are any then u may take the bus too.
Hey guys!! I think the SIBM buddy idea is fabulous! It really helps clueless souls like moi!:dontgeti: I read my buddy's first mail yesterday and quickly sent off a giant email full of questions. He answered very promptly, but I guess he doesn't like to type a great deal! :whatthat: Has anyone else spoken to their 'buddy'? And if so, how's it working out for you guys?? - Clueless
