Am travelling from B'lore to Pune for my SIBM interview on the 18th.
I've been trying to find accomodation in Pune for the 2/3 days I'll be there and I've had absolutely NO luck.
If there are any Pune-ites on this board.....Help!!
Please recommend a good hotel in the vicinity(1-2 kms)of SIBM which has double rooms for under Rs.1500 a night.
How is Hotel Sahara on Senapati Bapat Marg (that's where the interview's gonna be,right?)??

I think he means .......that SIBM is located on Senapati Bapat Road where the Interviews are going to be held...........and not Hotel Sahara LOL
I've been told that the entire process should take not more than 4 hours...........so Does'nt make sense to stay overnight .....Me plan to take the evening bus to Mumbai

Me got lucky i guess with a 1 p.m reporting time
I find the Volvo's the most comfortable........takes around 3 hours max to make it to punce so i plan a early start on Tuesday morning
Fortunately no dressing up for us.........just the normal.......shirt , tie and trousers

I think the train is called inter city not shatabdi anymore . Nice train though 2hrs 20 min flat Anywayz me leaving tomm got my call on 15th 8 am Cheers to all.

XAT Admit card and score card
What on earth is then? Is it my SIBM call letter? Well, if that's that, I haven't received that yet, for Christ's sake. And I'm leaving tomorrow, living as I do in a corner of hell (or to look at it another way, lying as SIBM does, in a corner of hell).

I have to report on the same day,at the same time in the same condition(a sari, i mean!):-x !!!
I have the same problem...I have to be there at 8 am, which means I have to be up before 6(an unholy hour by any means), so yeah.....I've got to be in Pune the day before.
Also, getting a train ticket to and from Pune was not easy at such short notice!!!!!

man,i am finished.....forgot to bring my admit card.....am in pune now.....and admit card is locked in almirah......i am finished.....hope i can work something out.

2) Gd very cool ,9 ppl in the group two groups had to be combined as many dudes didnt turn up,everyone spoke ,everyone given a chance either to speak or atleast to conlcude. Topic was Advertising : does it fool you or inform you
3)Interview : just a few general questions , A small extempore " Should doctors be covered under the consumer protection act."
4)Last case study gd : A dude is brilliant but lacks courage and risk taking ability as he is from an impoverished background, so how will u motivate him.
