I have been called for GD/PI on 15th( Group # 11) at 1:00 p.m. Is there anyone else who's from Delhi and has the same date? I think Wayne and Sunaina do.. how/when are you people leaving for Pune? Please email me or reply to this post. I'm in Hyderabad right now for the ICFAI interview( got selected for Hyderabad), but I'll be reaching delhi on 11th and will log on to PG ASAP.

I checked my result this morn.. after that anguishing wait yday :huh: and hav not made it.. it took me "full" 2 mins after the result pg was displayed, to realize this .. thanks to that long and :x "inspiring letter" :x from the director.
Huh, that letter actually says - i'd b glad to welcome u nxt yr 2006 to SIBM ... high hopes Mr. Director ;)

I can understand the dilemma you are facing. The opinions i am going to post are strictly mine. OK as regards to the dresscode, it is not all that strict. They have a set of basic guidelines that if followed, should not be a problem. Anyways these all things are very trivial things in a B-School.
Let me get to the important topic: of interview.
The interview process lat year consisted of
1. Essay writing
2. An extempore speech
3. GD
4. CAse study
Regarding ur interview processes: i would say it would be gr8 if u can attend all ur interviews even if it means that you would be shelling a lot of money.
May be you might have to fly down from delhi to pune and then fly out to mangalore.
i know it is tough but this is the question of your career and in these things i feel u shud be a bit considerate.
Comapring TAPMI & SIBM : i request u check the placement records of both the insti's in that respect SIBM rocks. our seniors placements were done in a record time and i can see everyone so happy abt it.
I think that sud clear ur doubts of SIBM
