Hello Everybody... I am selected from Bhubaneswar. Can anyone tell me what is written at the top of the result "
The results are subject to the outcome of the two writ petitions filed - (i) Before Hon €™ble High
Court of Judicature at Rajasthan at Jaipur Bench - Writ Petition No. 12741 of 2012 by Shri
Vaibhav Kumar Mathur and (ii) Before the Hon €™ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad -
Writ Petition No.42287 (A) of 2012 by Shri Gaurav Gupta." Is it a threat to our selection? Will it affect the joining process?? I am worried...Please clarify....
@skdash2002 someone has filed a case on rbi but no need to worry we are satisfying all the eligibility, so no need to fear. These cases happens in all exams. Remember if something bad happens then you can also file a case.
I think this case is related to "Graduation from same zone" problem. I asked AGM of RBI, he said no need to worry. Rbi will handle it
Thanks Abhi... As you said..if anything goes wrong with us..then we will/can file case....But Dost... even if we put a case and any stay order is issued...then certainly we are at stake...we will have to wait till the court orders comes and it may take several months/years. May be my apprehension....
