during my interview i was told that there is a chance of promotion after 3 years but it mostly involves relocation to another zone.
I was asked if i was ready to move to some other zone but i said i cannot. then they said if i dont move then i wont be promoted and will be stagnated at this level for a long time. hopefully their policies will change by then.
