what is the final cutoff of rbi assistant of delhi region?
guys when are interviews getting over from all regions??? Any idea? Mumbai ended on 17.10.2015
Guys... for final selection after interview, does rbi consider total marks (written plus interview) or written was just qualifying and now only interview matters?
Hi friends, I am here sharing my Interview experience held on 13 October Jammu region panel- 1 time- 9:00 a.m. Total candidate called for interview on that day were 19. I reached at 8:50 a.m.then after fifteen, minutes document checking started n we were given an attendance sheet to put our signatures on that. I was on 13 th no. in list out of 19 and all candidates were present. So my turn came around 10:30 . as I had sent photocopies of biodata form so I was given 5 copies of that which took me around 1 hour to fill that. in middle of that a sardaar came there to ask if anybody is from outside Jammu. so I was only one out of 19 candidate i. e. from Delhi. so he gave me ta claim form to fill. Atlast my turn came at 12:50 am. interview was a total disaster. There were four members in interview panel M1 (regional director) , Female F ( called from Mumbai head office) , both sitting on sofa in front of me, M2( from laddakh region to check local language) sitting on my left, M3 ( obc n category member) on my right. M1- aap to delhi se ho to apne yaha se kyu apply kiya me- sir Jammu ki cut off low jati hai as compared to delhi. F- apne last year bhi apply kara tha? ? me- Haan maam but didn't qualify in written. M1- he showed his smartness by applying from here waha to hua nahi iska isliye yaha se apply kiya. he is a smart guy. F- Apne to itni badi badi companies mein kaam kiya hai like LnT, JMC so y did u want to join RBI? me- maam mujhe usme interest nahi hai I have interest in banking. maam mujhe nahi karni engineer wali job. M1- haan LnT, JMC are very big companies maine inke baare mein bahut suna hai they were not giving me a chance to speak. F- achcha to apne 3 saal mein 3 company change kari wats reason for dat? me- maam meri pehli company i. e. aimil mein bond tha our excess travelling thi. M1- to fir to aap RBI bi chhod doge, yaha bi travel karna padta. hai me- sir waha par bahut jyada traveling thi har 15 din mein site change, mujhe beech mein hi rok diya, wo log mujhe apni baat hi nahi puri karne de rahe the sirf wo hi bol rahe the F- kitne saal ka bond tha me- maam 3 saal ka M2- fir dusri company kyo chhodi me- sir for exposure n growth kyoki mujhe LnT Delhi metro mein job mil gayi thi and LnT is a big name. F- Aap civil engineer ke liye apply karo uski alag se vacancy nikalti hai RBI mein me- maam jab mujhe jaana hi nahi hai engineering line mein to mein kyo apply karu. mujhe banking mein interest hai, it's my passion. F- to apne 4 saal engineering kyo kari? ? me- maam b.tech karne ke baad job easily mil jaati hai wo to maine job ke liye kari M1- 4 saal it's tough, kuch or kar lete me- nahi sir engineering bahut easy hoti hai M1- achcha me- haan sir mere college mein internal system tha itna mushkil nahi tha M1-Achcha to aap apni civil engineering kaise apply karoge RBI mein wats the use of that here? me- sir as in our 4 year b.tech course we study almost 50-55 subjects from core technical to subjects such as technical communication, cost cutting, management etc. so in some way or other it will help me here M1- uska kuch use nahi hoga, aapko pata hai yaha kya kaam hota hai assistant ka? ? me- haan sir, initiation of notes, analysis n study of economic reports M1- report to sirf RBI ke director dekhte hai or koi ni dekhta yahan sirf din bhar note ginoge, or kuch nahi me- sir as there are 23 department in RBI and we are rotated in different departments so alag alag tarike ka kaam fir mujhe beech mein hi rok diya M1- yahan tum din bhar baith ke sikke ginoge or kuch nahi karoge samjhe me- sir agar mujhe yahi kam karna hota to ibps clerk ka form daalta, yahan thodi aata sab chup ho gaye koi reply nahi kisi. ka F- to aap yaha aana kyo chahte ho me- maam right now I m looking for long term commitment, F- aap to RBI grade b ke liye bi apply kar sakte ho y assistant job? ? me- maam as am from engineering background so mujhe financially itni knowledge nahi hai, to mein bilkul base se start karna chahta hu, taaki mujhe aage grade b mein help ho I want to make my base strong. M1- achcha to ye grade b ki tayyari ke liye yaha aaya hai apna base bana raha hai, base banne ke baad chhod ke chala jayega me- nahi sir aap mujhe galat samajh rahe hai, I want to say ki agar meri performance achchi hogi to aage promotion to milega hi, M3- what is financial system? me- sir fiscal policy n other government policies, monetary policy M3- financial system kis kis cheez se bana hota hai? M1- jaise apke civil mein ye waal hai, ye brick se, cement se bani hoti hai waise hi financial system mein kya kya aata hai? me- sir money market n capital market M3- no reply M3- achca banking system mein kya kya hota hai? ? me- sir manpower n technology M1- k u may go now bc lag raha tha pehle se man bana ke aaye the Mc, 10 minute tak sirf lete rahe meri very rare chances, general category 178 attempt n expecting 155 marks god knows it's my first govt. interview
I sent the photocopies of bio data form(along with one original copy), now will the document verifying officials ask me to fill them up at the center again?
Any one from Guwahati who had Interview today? Please please share your experience.
Plz clear what documents we have to keep for the interview? I sent everything through courier.. Then What else we have to bring ? Those who r done with their interview plzz tell.
After seeing sbi scorecard.. Now I'm damn sure that rbi bhi hath se gaya hi hai..😣😞😭
