any addition docs required to carry? i mean xerox of docs..

Which is better?..rbi assistant or rrb scale 2 in terms of workload and timings. I have to prepare for upsc but have also to make a strong back up. Plz enlighten.

my interview experience. location was delhi.
it was scheduled on 26th oct'15.
docs verification started around 9:45 am.
i was the first one to be interviewed. i was called for interview around 11 am.
2 gentlemen and a lady were there. i entered the room and wished them.
i was told to sit down and then they started questioning.
madam: how are you feeling..nervous??
Q1 so you are interested in dancing..which style do you like most and can you do a head spin for us now??
Q2 why do you want to join rbi ...why not corporate world?
Q3what would you learn there.. here work becomes monotonous...then why only rbi?
sir 1:
Q1 so you have done management.. you are over and well qualified..why don't you try for grade b officer.
Q2 does everybody know about rbi in india?
Q3 tell me current denomination of currency of india?
Q4 why PM is releasing odd denomination of currency? what are the motives of this action?
Q5 how did you prepare for rbi assistant? why couldn't you clear this exam last year?
Sir 2:
Q1 did you take any coaching for this exam? how was it? were you guided properly?
Q2 tell me what rbi actually does?
Q3 which online forum did you use to prepare for banking exams?
Q4 what are they current policy rates?
Q5 explain them in detail?
and then i was told to leave. i am hopeful this time.
After we are selected as RBI Assistant do v need to wait for 6-7 yrs to write Grade B exam r can v write the exam in 1-2 yrs after v r appointed as RBI assistant?

M currently working in a pvt. Company.. Its been just 2 months.. I hadn't mentioned about it anywhere.. Neither in bio data forms nor in application form.. So should I tell them about my current job or not?
Bcz m thinking if I'll not tell then they might know from the persons we provided as reference?
