RBI grade b officer k liye apply kiya. Lekin payment k time pe transaction failure aa rha hai br br . Wat to do? Credit card se b kr k dekh liya, debit card bhi or Internet banking bhi.

Local language proficiency is being strictly checked. You'll have to read the local newspaper and then explain what it means. If you are unable to explain, they won't proceed further and will simply ask you to leave.
Mine started with the same thing, they pin point a moderately tough headline from the newspaper and ask you to read out and explain.
After that basic banking knowledge, all the PM yojnas, questions on your workex, hobbies, place of residence, and current affairs( that too only headlines) is all they're asking.
Discipline is of utmost importance. They make you very comfortable initially but as we know some candidates behave too cool to be an interviewee, it may ruin your chances. The moment you show arrogance, they'll rip you apart. Just be calm, answer precisely what is asked. You can speak in hindi also.
Interview difficulty level is quite easy, All the best.
Rbi assistant (ahmedabad) intw questions... About rbi, name of directors, who is the head of ahmedabad region?, about ila bhatt, graduation based questions, monetary policy, all the yojanas, mudra bank, how rbi regulates and supervise banking industry?

I don't have experience letter or relieving letter. I have only pay slips and joining letter. I worked in a pvt company. Is it a big issue at the time of interview ?

Called OICL HR today, said Assistant result will be out in another 1 or 2 weeks at most.
